Job summary

Lion Care is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead our nursing staff and oversee day-to-day operations on the 11-7 shift. The role emphasizes compassionate leadership, supervision of personnel, and adherence to consistent clinical practices within a geriatrics-focused setting.

The RN Supervisor will participate in hiring, set expectations, and ensure smooth operation of shifts while collaborating with department teams and families to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse in good standing and licensed by the state of Florida.
• Must have clinical experience, education or specialty skills specific to geriatrics.
• Must relate positively and cooperatively to customers and families and work with others.
