Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN license in Ohio.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Prior leadership or charge nurse experience strongly preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead a team while maintaining direct patient care responsibilities.

Responsibilities
