CEG Solutions LLC is seeking a Superintendent to lead on-site operations for high-stakes energy infrastructure projects in Washington, D.C. You will oversee safety, subcontractor performance, quality, and the commissioning of complex MEP systems while aligning with schedule and budget.

This role demands proactive problem-solving, strong leadership, and the ability to work evenings (6pm–4am EST) with occasional day-shift rotations.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of mechanical/electrical construction experience.
• Experience with mission-critical systems.
• On-site Washington, D.C. residency or ability to relocate.
• Proficient with Procore and digital PM tools.

Mansioni

• Assist in strategic preconstruction and bid processes for M/E trades.
• Lead MEP trade subcontractors and ensure schedule adherence.
• Identify field installation conflicts and coordinate with design team.
• Foster on-site safety culture and OSHA compliance.
• Oversee startup and testing of mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
• Maintain relationships with federal/state stakeholders as on-site face of CEG.
