Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent.
• Must possess the ability to obtain HSPD-12 government badge.
• Strong background in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day MEP construction activities for new boiler plants.
• Act as the primary onsite representative during second shifts and weekends.
• Supervise trade subcontractors to ensure project scope compliance.
• Maintain detailed daily logs and reports.
• Ensure compliance with site safety and security protocols.
