Qualifications

• Must be 18+ (VA state law requires Supervisor’s to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks).
• Ability to multi-task, stand, bend, reach, and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist lifting 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service
• Make magic happen by serving up quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner
• Mentor and coach your work fam to prioritize tasks and rock it as a Team Member
• Keep an eye on the goodz in-store to ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily available for our customers
• Keep things clean in the store, kitchen, and dining areas
