Job summary

Sheetz, Inc. is seeking a Supervisory team member to lead store operations, provide exceptional service, and model high-energy teamwork. You will help ensure accurate food and beverage preparation, mentor teammates, and maintain store presentation and inventory to meet customer needs.

The role includes a $1.50/hr shift premium for overnight hours (10pm–6am) and access to a wide range of benefits that support professional growth and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task, stand for long periods, bend, reach, and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds (40 pounds with assistance).
• Must be 18 years of age or older (VA state law requires Supervisor’s to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks).

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service
• Make magic happen by serving up quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner
• Mentor and coach your work fam to prioritize tasks and rock it as a Team Member
• Keep an eye on the goodz in-store to make sure that products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily-available for our customers
• Keep thingz clean in the store, kitchen, and dining areas
