Sheetz, Inc. is hiring for a Supervisory position at our Hanover, PA store. If you are a self-motivated, dependable, and able to prioritize tasks while leading a team, this role offers growth opportunities and a path to leadership.

You will greet customers, serve high-quality food and beverages, and coach team members to deliver outstanding hospitality. The night shift includes a $1.50/hr premium for working 10pm-6am.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task, stand, bend, and lift up to 20 pounds; assist up to 40 pounds when needed.
• Must be 18+; some tasks may require 21+ per state law.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service.
• Make magic happen by serving up quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner.
• Mentor and coach your work fam to prioritize tasks and rock it as a Team Member.
• Keep an eye on the goods in-store to make sure that products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily-available for our customers.
• Keep thingz clean in the store, kitchen, and dining areas.
