Job summary

Sheetz is seeking a Supervisor to lead our store team with energy and a customer-first mindset. You will mentor teammates, ensure hospitality, and drive daily operations to meet quality and speed standards.

In addition to a competitive base, the role offers a $1.50/hr night shift premium for 10pm-6am, quarterly bonuses, PTO and parental leave, 401k match and employee stock ownership, tuition reimbursement, comprehensive medical, vision and dental coverage, and snack discounts.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task, stand, bend, and lift up to 20 pounds; assist with 40 pounds.
• Must be 18+; some tasks may require 21+.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with top-tier service.
• Prepare quality food and beverages to exact specs in a safe, fast manner.
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks.
• Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and available.
• Keep store, kitchen and dining areas clean.
