Job summary

Sheetz, Inc is seeking a Supervisor to lead store teams with high-energy hustle and a strong team mentality. You will engage customers with hospitality and coach team members to deliver fast, accurate service in a busy store.

You will mentor staff, oversee product availability, maintain cleanliness in store and kitchen areas, and help ensure a positive customer experience while meeting company standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older (VA state law requires Supervisor’s to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks).
• Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 20 pounds and assist lifting 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with greetings and top-tier service.
• Serve quality food and beverages to exact specifications quickly and safely.
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and work as a team.
• Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and available for customers.
• Keep store, kitchen and dining areas clean and organized.
