Job summary

Sheetz, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor to lead store teams with high-energy hustle and a positive attitude.

You will mentor staff, ensure quality food and beverage service, and drive customer hospitality across all touchpoints, while maintaining store standards and inventory control. Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, lifting up to 20 pounds; assist others with up to 40 pounds).
• Must be 18 years of age or older; VA state law requires Supervisors to be 21 for certain tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quality food and beverages to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and work as a cohesive unit.
