Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old (VA state law requires Supervisor’s to be 21+ for certain tasks).
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Available for evening shift (10pm-6am) and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with greetings and top-tier service.
• Prepare and serve food/beverages to specifications safely and quickly.
• Mentor and coach teammates to prioritize tasks as a Team Member.
• Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and available for customers.
• Maintain cleanliness in store, kitchen, and dining areas.
