Sheetz is seeking a Supervisor to lead our store team with high energy and a strong team mindset. You will engage customers with hospitality and ensure fast, accurate service while managing daily tasks and coaching teammates.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task, stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 20 pounds; assist with lifting up to 40 pounds.
• Must be 18+; VA state law may require Supervisor to be 21+ for certain tasks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with friendly greetings and top-tier service.
• Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to meet exact customer specifications swiftly and safely.
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and work as a cohesive unit.
• Monitor store inventory and merchandising to ensure products are available and well-presented.
• Maintain cleanliness in store, kitchen, and dining areas.
