Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to perform basic math and cash handling procedures.
• Knowledge of cashier accountability and deposit control.

• Willingness to obtain required food handling certifications.

Responsibilities

• Train overnight associates on proper stocking procedures and productivity standards.
• Coach overnight associates to ensure company standards are maintained.
• Assess work completion and follow up with associates regarding performance.
• Implement performance standards and measures; advise Store Managers on corrective actions.
• Conduct safety meetings and ensure associates are trained on safety practices.
• Direct and assist in unloading trucks, organizing backroom operations, and maintaining merchandise presentation.
