Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older (VA state law requires Supervisor's to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks).
• Ability to multitask, stand for long periods, bend and reach, and lift up to 20 pounds; assist others with lifting 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with greetings and top-tier service.
• Serve food and beverages to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and work effectively as a team.
• Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and available for customers.
• Keep store, kitchen, and dining areas clean and organized.
