Sheetz, Inc. in Lewis Center, OH, is seeking a Supervisor to lead store teams, deliver hospitality, and ensure safe, accurate food and beverage service while meeting customer needs.

The role offers a $1.50/hr night shift premium for 10pm–6am, plus a range of benefits including quarterly bonuses, PTO, 401k match, employee stock ownership, tuition reimbursement, and comprehensive medical, vision, and dental coverage.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task, stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 20 pounds with occasional assistance for 40 pounds.
• Must be 18 years of age or older (VA state law requires Supervisor’s to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks).

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with greetings and top-tier customer service.
• Serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner.
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and work as a team.
• Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and available for customers.
• Keep store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
