Job summary

Sheetz is hiring for a Supervisor role in Locust Grove, VA. Join a fast-paced store team and lead by example, delivering hospitality, quality food and beverage service, and efficient operations during the evening to early morning hours.

You will mentor team members, ensure products are stocked and merchandised, and maintain store cleanliness while providing top-notch customer experiences. This role includes a night differential and opportunities for growth within Sheetz.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older (VA state law requires Supervisors to be 21 years or older for certain tasks).

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service
• Make magic happen by serving up quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner
• Mentor and coach your work fam to prioritize tasks and rock it as a Team Member
• Keep an eye on the goodz in-store to make sure that products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily-available for our customers
• Keep thingz clean in the store, kitchen, and dining areas
