Job summary

Sheetz is seeking a Supervisor to lead our store team with energy and a strong team mentality. You will greet customers, supervise food and beverage preparation, and ensure fast, friendly service that meets exact customer specifications.

As a supervisor you will mentor coworkers, maintain product levels and store cleanliness, and help drive growth through hospitality, efficiency, and teamwork, while enjoying competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task, perform bending, standing, reaching and lift up to 20 lbs; assist others with up to 40 lbs.
• Must be 18 years or older; certain tasks may require 21+ per VA law.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with greetings and top-tier service.
• Serve quality food and beverages to exact customer specifications quickly and safely.
• Mentor and coach teammates to prioritize tasks and work as a team.
• Monitor in-store products, merchandising, and availability for customers.
• Keep store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
