Sheetz is hiring a Supervisor to lead store teams and deliver exceptional hospitality. You’ll mentor staff, ensure accuracy in food and beverage preparation, and maintain clean, organized spaces for customers.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older (VA state law requires Supervisor’s to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks).
• Ability to multi-task, stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 40 pounds with assistance if needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with greetings and top-tier service.
• Prepare high-quality food and beverages to customer specs, fast and safely.
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and work together.
• Ensure products are stocked, merchandised, rotated and available for customers.
• Maintain store, kitchen and dining areas to keep them clean.
