Sheetz in Virginia is hiring a Supervisor to lead store teams with energy and hospitality. You will welcome customers, oversee food and beverage service, and mentor teammates to achieve high performance in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers an additional $1.50/hr for night shifts (10pm-6am) and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, parental leave, 401k match, stock ownership, tuition reimbursement, and medical/dental coverage.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task, stand for long periods, bend/reach, lift up to 20 lbs occasionally and assist with 40 lbs.
• Must be 18+ years old (VA state law may require 21+ for certain tasks)

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with greetings and top-tier customer service
• Serve quality food and beverages to exact specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and work as a cohesive unit
• Monitor store inventory, merchandising, and product availability for customers
• Maintain cleanliness in store, kitchen, and dining areas
