Sheetz in Virginia is seeking a Supervisor to lead store teams, delivering hospitality and quality service to every customer. You will mentor crew members, prioritize tasks, and ensure products are well-stocked and presented in a fast, friendly environment.

This role comes with a competitive pay rate including a nightly 1.50/hr shift differential for late hours, plus quarterly bonuses, PTO, 401k match, stock ownership, tuition reimbursement, and comprehensive medical coverage.

Formación

• The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist others to lift 40 pounds.
• Must be 18+ years old; VA state law may require Supervisors to be 21+ for certain tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service
• Make magic happen by serving up quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner
• Mentor and coach your work fam to prioritize tasks and rock it as a Team Member
• Keep an eye on the goodz in-store to make sure that products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily-available for our customers
• Keep thingz clean in the store, kitchen, and dining areas
