Sheetz, Inc is seeking a Supervisor for our Virginia stores. You will lead a high-energy team, deliver hospitality, and oversee store operations with a focus on customer experience and efficiency.

The role includes managing tasks, coaching teammates, and ensuring product availability, cleanliness, and safety. This position offers benefits including quarterly bonuses, PTO, 401k match, tuition reimbursement, and comprehensive medical coverage, with an additional $1.50/hr for night shifts

Qualifications

• Must multi-task, stand, bend, and reach; may lift up to 20 lbs and assist with up to 40 lbs.
• Age 18+ required; VA law may require supervision staff to be 21+ for certain tasks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with friendly greetings and top-tier service.
• Prepare quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and work as a cohesive unit.
• Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and available for customers.
