Serv-U-Success in Louisville, KY is seeking a Store Representative to stock shelves, set displays, and keep the store customer-ready. You’ll work hands-on in-store on merchandising projects, while building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Retail, grocery, merchandising, or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
• Willingness to travel between locations as scheduled and assigned (if needed).

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain organized, customer-ready displays.
• Execute merchandising projects, resets, remodels, and other in-store assignments.
• Keep backrooms and work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Greet customers and provide outstanding service.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and team to complete daily priorities.
• Use technology to track time and report completed work.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following safety procedures.
• Adapt to changing priorities while delivering high-quality work.
