Job summary

Walmart is hiring an Overnight Stocking Coach, Non-Complex in Little Falls, MN. The role leads and develops teams, focusing on training, feedback, and customer service excellence, while managing store operations and financial performance.

You will oversee staffing, training, and mentoring, ensuring adherence to company policies and driving continuous improvement in store performance. This position is regular/permanent and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training and actively listening to associates touring stores and providing feedback.
• Models and demonstrates exceptional customer service standards following the One Best Way (OBW) service model.
• Drives financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses in the designated area.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, including hiring, training, mentoring, and recognizing performance.
• Coordinates and oversees job-related activities, building relationships with key stakeholders and promoting continuous learning.
