Job summary

Walmart is seeking an Overnight Stocking Coach, Non-Complex in Beaufort, SC to lead and develop overnight store teams, manage inventory and merchandising, and drive sales through execution of company standards.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and training requirements may apply; attendance at required trainings.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops overnight teams, setting clear expectations and providing guidance.
• Manages inventory, merchandising, and store operations to drive sales and reduce shrink.
• Hires, trains, mentors, and evaluates hourly associates; promotes a sense of belonging.
• Monitors customer service standards and resolves issues to ensure a high quality experience.
• Coordinates plans with stakeholders to meet customer and business needs.
