Job summary

Walmart in Myrtle Beach, SC seeks an Overnight Stocking Coach, Non-complex to lead and develop store teams, teach best practices, and drive customer service and merchandise execution. You will supervise associates, monitor performance, and implement action plans to meet sales goals while maintaining Walmart's standards.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports to include the responsibility of performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training and actively listening to associates, touring stores and providing feedback.
• Manages store operations, reviews PL statements, budgets, forecasts and expenses to meet sales and profit goals.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates, hiring training mentoring and assigning duties to build a high-performing team.
