Qualifications

• Firearms CBC training requirement for applicable facilities.
• All job-required trainings (e.g., Open Door trainings) must be completed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching training and providing feedback.
• Drive store financial performance by reviewing PL, budgeting, and controlling expenses.
• Hire, train, and mentor associates; set clear expectations and recognize performance.
• Ensure compliance with policies and support ethics and integrity.
