Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years' of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Authorized Training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by training, listening to associates, touring stores and giving feedback.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Ensures customer service standards and open-door policy are applied to improve customer experience and associate belonging.
• Coordinates activities with stakeholders to meet customer and business needs and promotes continuous learning.
• Manages talent and ensures staffing needs are met with qualified associates.
