Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching and training associates and providing feedback.
• Drive financial performance and sales by monitoring PL statements, budgeting and controlling expenses.
• Supervise hourly associates, hire/train/mentor, set clear expectations, recognize performance.
• Ensure customer service excellence and resolve issues to deliver high quality customer experience.
• Promote compliance with company policies, support Open Door Policy and ethical standards.
