Serv-U-Success in Mentor, OH is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, lead shifts, coach team members, and ensure projects are completed with excellence.

This full-time night-shift role (9:00pm–6:00am) offers growth within a collaborative, people-first culture. Expect competitive pay, including a $1/hr shift premium for overnight hours, and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• Two or more years of retail, grocery, merchandising, or customer service experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to travel between locations as scheduled and assigned.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations, including merchandising, product resets, remodels, and special projects.
• Lead assigned shifts and serve as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Coach, train, and motivate team members while reinforcing company standards.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed on schedule.
• Build positive relationships with customers, leadership, and team.
• Promote safety by modeling safe practices and keeping areas organized.
• Utilize company technology and reporting systems to support operations.
