Job summary

Serv-U-Success is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for night shifts (11 pm–7 am) in Ohio. You will lead reset and remodel projects, work with the Store Manager to identify and train high-potential team members, and participate in an assistant training program at another location.

This full-time role pays $18–$20 per hour with a $1 night premium, and may include mileage reimbursement during training. Applicants should be team-oriented and capable of independent work while driving store

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; additional education a plus.
• 2-5 years in a service industry with some supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Open availability – able to work both weekdays and weekends as well as holidays.
• Night shift availability – 11 pm to 7 am.
• Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and background check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Manager on Duty in the absence of or with the Store Manager, ensuring proper staffing and prioritization.
• Coordinate with outside On-Demand and Temporary personnel to support projects.
• Schedule weekly work to maximize efficiency and resource use.
• Monitor project results and ensure completion to customer satisfaction within the shift.
• Interpret Plan-O-Grams and schematics to execute projects.
• Demonstrate merchandising and reset skills across all store categories.
