Job summary

Serv-U-Success in Lima, OH is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, lead shifts, and coach team members toward exceptional execution. You will partner with the Store Manager to deliver outstanding customer experiences and ensure safety and organization across the store.

The role offers night shifts from 9:00pm to 5:00am, with weekday and weekend availability. Compensation starts at $18.00/hour, up to $20.00/hour, plus an additional $1/hour for night hours.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Two or more years in retail, grocery, merchandising or customer service preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Excellent organizational, time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to travel between local locations as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations including merchandising, resets, remodels and projects.
• Lead shifts and act as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Coach and motivate team members while upholding standards.
• Monitor progress and ensure tasks are completed on time and accurately.
• Build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Promote safety and maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Utilize company systems to support operations and project execution.
