Job summary

Albertsons Companies Inc. is seeking a Stocker to keep shelves stocked, assist customers on the floor, and maintain clean, organized aisles. Day shifts involve stocking products and helping customers; overnight shifts focus on deliveries and resetting displays for the new day.

You'll move products from backroom to floor, rotate inventory, and follow safety guidelines while meeting fast-paced, physically demanding goals. Prior retail or stocking experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate pallet jacks and balers following training and safety guidelines.
• Basic math and communication skills required.
• Availability to work flexible shifts including daytime, evening, overnight, weekends, and holidays.
• Compliance with company policies including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and assist customers on the sales floor.
• Prepare store for overnight operations, including deliveries and displays.
• Move products from backroom to the sales floor and rotate inventory.
• Keep aisles clean and organized, and ensure price labeling accuracy.
• Operate equipment safely and follow store policies and safety guidelines.
• Maintain backroom organization and monitor stock levels.
