Behind the scenes, you’ll move products from backroom to floor, rotate inventory, and keep areas clean. This role suits someone who enjoys physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks and balers following training and safety guidelines.
• Basic math and communication skills required.
• Availability to work flexible shifts including daytime, evening, overnight, weekends, and holidays.
• Compliance with company policies including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves during daytime to keep it ready for customers.
• Assist customers with questions or locating items on the floor.
• Overnight shifts focus on preparing the store for the next day.
• Move products from backroom to the sales floor and rotate inventory.
• Keep aisles clean and maintain display standards.
