Qualifications

• Current STNA certification in Ohio is required.
• Experience in long-term care is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to high-quality resident care.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' health or condition to nursing staff.
• Assist residents with meals and ensure proper hydration and nutrition.
• Support residents in daily living activities with dignity and independence.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and observations.
• Collaborate with nurses and staff to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Create a warm, supportive environment for residents and families.
• Follow infection control protocols and safety standards at all times.
