Lionstone Care at Covenant Village Care Center in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Full-Time STNA-certified Nursing Assistant for the night shift (12-hour). You will provide compassionate resident care, assist with ADLs, mobility, meals, and vital sign monitoring while documenting in the EHR.

New graduates welcome with strong interpersonal skills. You will work closely with nursing staff, maintain safety and infection control, and support residents’ dignity and independence in a caring, team-focused

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification.
• Experience in healthcare/long-term care preferred but not required; new graduates welcome.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for compassionate care.
• Ability to follow care instructions and work within a healthcare team.
• Proficiency in documenting care in EHR systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and oral hygiene.
• Support mobility and safe transfers using assistive devices.
• Assist with meals, monitor nutrition and hydration, and track intake.
• Document care and residents' responses accurately in EHR or paper charts.
• Monitor residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Ensure safety and infection control per facility guidelines.
• Provide emotional support and promote residents' dignity and independence.
