Job summary

Sunrise Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation in Ohio is seeking a dedicated State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) for night shifts 7p-7a to support our residents. This full-time/part-time role offers opportunities for growth within a caring, team-oriented environment.

The position requires a valid STNA certification, strong documentation and communication skills, and the ability to safely lift and transfer residents using proper techniques and equipment.

Qualifications

• Certification: State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) is required.
• Good documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use proper lift technique and lift equipment to move and transfer residents.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, families, and coworkers.
• Assist in daily resident care including bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring, repositioning.
• Promote resident rights with dignity and respect; protect personal belongings; report suspected abuse or neglect.
• Adhere to Sunrise Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
