The Enclave at Barnesville is seeking compassionate and dependable State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to join our Night Shift team in Barnesville, Ohio. This premier skilled nursing and rehabilitation community offers opportunities in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and senior care.

Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM). A $1,000 sign-on bonus is available for full-time CNAs/STNAs hired by 8/1.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification required.
• CNA/STNA certification in good standing preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care per individualized care plans.
• Assist with ADLs including bathing, grooming, dressing, hygiene and continence.

• Perform overnight safety checks and rounds.
• Observe and report changes to the nursing team.

Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care in accordance with individualized care plans

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, personal hygiene, toileting, and continence care

• Assist with mobility, transfers, repositioning, and ambulation

• Support residents with dining assistance and hydration needs

• Conduct routine overnight safety checks and rounds

• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team

• Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests

• Accurately document care provided and resident observations

• Maintain a clean, safe, quiet, and comfortable environment throughout the night

• Follow all infection control, safety, and regulatory policies and procedures

• Work collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional resident care

Safety, Compliance & Professional Standards

• Immediately report suspected or actual abuse, neglect, mistreatment, or misappropriation of resident property

• Report work-related injuries and safety concerns promptly

• Support quality assurance initiatives and regulatory compliance standards

• Protect resident rights, privacy, and confidentiality

• Perform additional duties as assigned by nursing leadership

Qualifications

• Current Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification required

• CNA/STNA certification in good standing

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
