Job summary

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• 1 year experience preferred, but not required.
• Certification in Central Service Tech preferred.

Responsibilities

• Decontamination of instruments and equipment following procedures to prevent cross-contamination.
• Assembly and packaging of instrument sets for terminal sterilization.
• Operate sterilizers and monitor cycles, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas; report malfunctions to supervisor.
• Assist with inventory, case carts, and distribution to Operating Room as needed.
