Job summary

FlexStaff Ltd. seeks a Sterile Processing Supervisor for our Bethpage, Long Island facility. The role oversees a 15‑person team in the sterilization department, working a 10:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m.

Ideal candidates will hold an associate degree, CRCST certification, and at least 3 years of supervisory experience in sterile processing, with a track record of leading teams to meet performance

Qualifications

Associate degree required.
Current CRCST (Central Service Technician) certification preferred.
Minimum of 3+ years of supervisory experience in sterile processing or related field.

Responsibilities

Lead and train team members to achieve sterile processing goals.
Schedule and assign tasks to the team and oversee operations in decontamination and sterile areas.
Inspect case cart requisitions for accuracy and coordinate transport to required facilities.
Maintain inventory and stock levels in the department.
Ensure proper documentation of sterilization activities and traceability.
Monitor application of proper techniques during instrumentation processing, preparation, and packaging.
