Responsibilities

• Lead and train team members to achieve sterile processing goals
• Schedule and assign tasks to team members and supervise operations in decontamination and sterile work areas
• Inspect case cart requisitions for accuracy and coordinate transport of carts to facilities
• Maintain inventory and stock levels
• Ensure proper documentation of sterilization activities
• Monitor application of proper techniques during instrumentation processing, preparation, and packaging
