Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a Stepdown / Immediate Care Unit Registered Nurse in Morgantown, WV for a 13-week contract. Night shift is 19:00–07:00, with 3x12-hour days on weekdays and some weekends.

Responsible for high-quality care in stepdown/ICU, telemetry monitoring, and patient education. The role requires 1.5–2 years RN experience (medical-surgical/telemetry and stepdown), WV license or compact, and BCLS & ACLS certifications.

Qualifications

• Telemetry monitoring required.
• Experience in stepdown/cardiac care preferred.
• RN license valid in WV or a compact state.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to stepdown/ICU patients.
• Monitor telemetry readings and vital signs; interpret results.
• Manage IV therapies and administer medications as prescribed.
• Assess and evaluate patient conditions and progress.
• Assist with procedures and provide post-operative care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
