ARMStaffing is seeking a Medical Surgical / Telemetry RN for a 13-week assignment with night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The role focuses on monitoring adult and geriatric patients with cardiac-related issues, administering medications, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include at least 2 years of RN experience (1 year in telemetry/med-surg), WV or Compact RN license, BLS/BCLS, ACLS preferred, and

Qualifications

• RN license in WV or Compact state required.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience, including at least 1 year in telemetry/medical-surgical.
• BLS/BCLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Experience with post-cardiac catheterization care required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor vital signs and cardiac rhythms.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and care procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement care plans.
• Perform procedures including cardioversion, thoracentesis, and central line insertions.
• Float to other units as needed within scope of practice.
