Job summary

Aristocrat Berea Healthcare & Rehabilitation, part of the Certus Healthcare family, is seeking a State Tested Nursing Assistant to join our Berea, OH team. You will provide compassionate care, assist with activities of daily living, and support residents in a family-friendly environment.

The position offers a starting pay of $19 per hour with a $1 night shift differential, overnight 12-hour shifts from 7pm to 7am, and a schedule of three shifts per week with every other weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• Must be STNA with Ohio certification.
• Experience in senior care preferred.
• Strong communication skills to interact with residents and team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor residents for side effects.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by following aseptic techniques.
• Support residents' emotional and behavioral health needs through compassionate interaction.
• Document patient care activities accurately in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Assist with mobility and lifting of residents as needed to ensure their safety.

Summary

As a State Tested Nursing Assistant at Aristocrat Berea Healthcare & Rehabilitation, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate care to our residents. This position is essential for supporting our mission of providing quality service and fostering a family-focused environment. This is a great opportunity for both new and experienced State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA). In this position you will join a dedicated team who is focused on providing quality care in a family focused environment.

This position has a starting pay rate of $19 an hour with $1 shift differential for Night Shift

Shift: 7pm - 7am

The typical schedule for this opportunity is three(3) 12-hour shifts a week. The standard schedule for this position includes an every other weekend rotation. Specific schedules available will be discussed during interview.
