Aristocrat Berea Healthcare & Rehabilitation is seeking a State Tested Nursing Assistant to deliver compassionate care to residents in a Berea, Ohio facility. The role focuses on daily living support, medication assistance, and maintaining a safe, respectful environment.

Eligible candidates are STNA-certified in Ohio with strong communication skills and the ability to assist residents with mobility. Flexible full-time options available, with a family-focused team and ongoing training

Qualifications

• Must be a State Tested Nursing Assistant with valid certification in Ohio.
• Experience in senior care or medical-surgical settings preferred.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with residents and team members.
• Ability to lift and assist residents safely.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor residents for any side effects.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by following aseptic techniques.
• Support residents' emotional and behavioral health needs through compassionate interaction.
• Document patient care activities accurately in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Assist with mobility and lifting of residents as needed to ensure their safety.

Summary

As a State Tested Nursing Assistant at Aristocrat Berea Healthcare & Rehabilitation, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate care to our residents. This position is essential for supporting our mission of providing quality service and fostering a family-focused environment. This is a great opportunity for both new and experienced State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA). In this position you will join a dedicated team who is focused on providing quality care in a family focused environment.

This position has a starting pay rate of $19 an hour

The typical schedule for this opportunity is three(3) 12-hour shifts a week. The standard schedule for this position includes an every other weekend rotation. Specific schedules available will be discussed during interview.
