Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Surgical Unit 1 on the night shift, working 36 hours per week. You will provide general nursing care across the health-illness continuum, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and adhering to safety and quality standards as part of a High Reliability Organization.

The role requires an active RN license with BLS, a state driver's license, and ability to participate in ongoing learning and process improvements within a supportive healthcare

Qualifications

• BLS certification required by the American Heart Association.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Experience in nursing practice and patient care preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patient health status and document findings (30%).
• Plan outcomes and interventions with the care team to meet patient needs (30%).
• Implement and evaluate nursing interventions and adjust plans as needed (20%).
• Participate in process improvements to enhance clinical quality and patient satisfaction (10%).
• Support daily operations within the unit (10%).
