Job summary

Grant Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Medical Unit 1 on the night shift. The RN will provide general nursing care, perform assessments, plan and implement care, and participate in a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license (Ohio or compact state), BLS certification, and a BSN is required after five years of employment. This role supports 24/7 care in a high reliability organization environment.

Qualifications

• Current RN license from the State of Ohio or a multi-state compact
• BLS certification
• BSN required after 5 years of employment
• Associate's Degree is required

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients.
• Document planned interventions and outcomes with a focus on safety and quality.
• Participate in a multidisciplinary team to revise care plans based on evaluative data.
• Engage in process improvement to meet clinical quality and patient satisfaction targets.
• Support 24/7/365 operations in the Medical Unit 1.
