Job summary

Responsibilities include initial and ongoing patient assessments, care planning, implementing interventions, and participating in process improvements to enhance outcomes

Qualifications

• BLS - Basic Life Support per American Heart Association; RN - Registered Nurse per Ohio Board of Nursing.
• State Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis and ongoing health status evaluation (30%).
• Outcomes identification and planning with collaborative problems (30%).
• Implementation and evaluation of nursing interventions and plan of care (20%).
• Leadership and process improvement to enhance quality and satisfaction (10%).
• Operations tasks as required (10%).
