Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor of Science or Doctor of Pharmacy from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
• Licensure: Ohio Pharmacy License in good standing.
• Hospital pharmacy experience preferred (1 year).

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care and monitor therapy for accuracy and safety.
• Review and dispense medications per protocols.
