Job summary

Fairfield Medical Center in Lancaster, OH is seeking a travel Pharmacist for a 13-week night shift assignment as the hospital’s sole pharmacist with pharmacy technician support. Schedule: 7 days on, 7 days off, Nights 8:00 PM to 7:30 AM, start 01 Oct 2026.

Responsibilities include providing pharmaceutical care, monitoring therapy, and communicating drug information to the care team during emergencies. Requires PharmD or BS, Ohio license, and hospital experience preferred.

Qualifications

• BS or PharmD from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
• Valid Pharmacy License in good standing in Ohio.
• One year hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
