Job summary

Fisher-Titus Medical Center in Ohio is hiring an RN to deliver individualized, goal-directed nursing care on the 3 South floor. This full-time day-shift role offers a $10,000-$15,000 sign-on bonus based on experience and a comprehensive benefits package including medical/dental coverage and a 401(k) match.

Responsibilities include admission assessments, care planning with patients and families, and documentation to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Associates or higher in Nursing.
• ACLS, CPR, and PALS certifications required.
• Preferred: Registered Nurse (RN)

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient and completes all admission forms per hospital policy.
• Assesses and diagnoses patient and family needs to provide quality care to assigned patients.
• Develops, discusses, and communicates a realistic plan of care for each patient, in collaboration with each patient/support person in order to address all identified needs.
• Demonstrates the skills and judgment necessary to implement medical plan of care, nursing interventions, and procedures as necessary for the care of the patient.
• Evaluates the identified problems, care provided, and patient’s responses are reassessed in order to meet patient and family needs to ensure overall quality of care delivered.
• Maintains up to date and accurate documentation of nursing care provided to ensure the integration of information for use by the healthcare team, in order to ensure quality care.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
